How do identify a good project or client? Or better yet how do Identify a bad client or project?

When you phone rings, do you look at the caller ID and see the name of a client that make you cringe and question weather or not you should answer it? Are there projects you wish you could work more on? What is it about these clients and projects that make you feel this way? Is it the challenge of the project? The attitude of the client? Can money make a bad client seem good?

This session will be an open discuss about the warning signs for good and bad clients/projects. How can we learn to accept more good projects and reject the bad ones. Bring your war stories and success stories to share with the group.
